Instagram has today launched GIF stickers for use in the social media platform’s stories. The company also announced that it will soon launch a feature to help with posting content with different aspect ratios.

Instagram shared the updates today in a blog post. The new GIF stickers are sourced from GIPHY and can be used in photos and videos within stories.

Here’s how Instagram describes the new feature and how to use it:

The update also mentions that users will soon be able to add photos and videos “of any size to your story,” referring to the aspect ratio rather than file size.

The new GIF stickers should be live now for all users, while the new photo/video sizing feature will rollout in the “coming weeks.”

Other recent updates include the option to follow hashtags, Instagram pushing more recommended content, and the ability to share live videos in direct messages.

Instagram is a free download from the App Store.
