Marvel’s Inhumans are leaving the city and heading to the countryside in a new batch of set photos on location in Hawaii. For months now, the surprising number of outdoor scenes being filmed around Oahu have given us a number of glimpses at this year’s Inhumans. Long before the official synopsis teased trouble in the tropical setting, set photos and videos were showcasing the various actors of the series mixing it up on the streets of Hawaii. Since those early days, the marketing push for the fall show has kicked into gear, giving us an even better idea of what to expect from the series.

Things all began with the first official cast photo, revealing most of the Royal Family and how they’ll appear in their raiment. We’ve also learned a bit about how the iconic characters and their unique traits will be translated from page to screen. But even with all the official information and images, the continued filming of the series means there’s still plenty of behind-the-scenes glimpses to be had.

Reel News Hawaii were once again on hand for the filming of a scene for Inhumans and able to capture some images at a peculiar location. While previous set photos and videos have taken place in the city or on the beach, it looks like the lofty royals will be heading to the country and visiting a barn at some point. Check out the images below.

The tweet mentions that both Crystal and Lockjaw were on set, but only the latter is in evidence. It could be that they were simply reporting Isabelle Cornish was featured in the scene, or perhaps she’s one of the several blonde women glimpsed in the images. Given the quality and distance, it’s too hard to be sure, but Lockjaw is difficult to miss. The big blue stand-in for the teleporting hound is easy to see in the final shot, so perhaps he’s ferrying Crystal to the location to meet a NuHuman.

Although plot details are light, the show has been teased to connect with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., so there’s a chance that the outbreak of Terrigenesis from the latter series’ previous seasons will require the Royal Family to come into our world and seek out their newly awakened brethren. We’ve seen a brief teaser, so it’s likely only a matter of time before something more substantial emerges.

Inhumans hits IMAX screens on Friday, September 1, 2017 for two weeks before premiering on ABC on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.
